In September, part of our development department visited Netherlands at the textile circular economy fair. The fair was now held for the second time, and according to our experience, the fair is becoming a necessary event in the industry, which brings together examples and innovation from the surrounding area regarding the circular economy of textiles.

On Wednesday, we spent the first circular economy morning of autumn at our office, and this time the event was combined with the Federation of Finnish Work Welcome to us! - week.

resQdog Oy, which started its operations in May 2022, wants to awaken dog owners to responsible consumption. The company manufactures dog accessories from surplus and recycled textiles and the proceeds are used to help homeless dogs to start a better life. The products are sewn by immigrants living in Jyväskylä and the proceeds of the products are donated to charity.

The international Kajo 2022 camp for scouts was celebrated in July 15.7. - 23.7. At Evo in Hämeenlinna. The camp is organized only every six years and this year it gathered more than 13 thousand scouts to Evo's forest camp. More than 700 scouts arrived from abroad, from 21 different countries.
