We had an inspiring discussion first about the circular economy with our very own CEO Noora Salonoja participating in a panel discussion with Pasi Nokelainen and Pekka Leskinen. We found out that we need more regulation, incentives and cooperation. And that the circular economy is the answer for many of today's sustainability problems.
On the subject of diversity and diversity management we got some good highlights from Dakota Robin, Anu Ubaud and Jokke Eljala. We were given food for thought about how we ourselves meet people. It was interesting to realise that indeed: by multiplying the similarities in a work community, you also multiply the weaknesses of this similar group!
In the Ethical AI and Smart Business and Responsibility section, we heard about the future potential of AI from Kristine Alanko, Immo Salo and Veera Siivonen. Artificial intelligence will be increasingly regulated in the future. It was noted that at the moment we all have access to these new sources of information, but this may not last for long.
In the section on corporate responsibility and sustainable leadership, we got some good tips from Mervi Airaksinen and Timo Ritakallio. In their speeches, they stressed the importance of leadership by example.
Touchpoint didn't win in the -responsibility act of the Year competition. The competition was deservedly won by multi-actor cooperation project, an innovation called kiertotaloustiili.
