In September 2021, Touchpoint was granted both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates by Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy.
ISO 9001 standard is the world's best known tool for the building and development of the quality management system. We have used this standard as a basis for building our own management system.
ISO 14001, on the other hand, is the world's best known model for an environmental management system. It helps organizations to improve their environmental governance and support sustainable development.
